"Rena is very thorough in getting to know you and your pets. She covers all the bases and asks all the right questions to make sure she knows exactly what they will need. She is flexible, was willing to add a last minute visit at a reasonable charge. She sent us regular updates and photos when she visited, which was much appreciated. Our cats seemed to like her a lot. Pricing is very reasonable. We plan to hire her again next month."
